Bring your baby(s) and Stroller and get a great workout. This is a specialty fitness class for Parents/Guardians to get back into shape and to socialize with other Parents/Guardians while interacting with you and your baby/toddler. Stay after class and have playtime (bring own snacks) Drop-ins Welcome!
Private Lessons with JR
This class is ideal for seniors who have some basic knowledge of Spanish and want to build on their skills. You’ll expand your vocabulary, improve your grammar, and gain confidence in speaking and understanding Spanish in everyday situations. This class will introduce the basic principles and movements of Tai Chi. Simple and easy to learn, yet requiring mindfulness, you will learn all the basic postures, correct alignment, terms, and movements.
This fall prevention program for participants with no experience focuses on techniques to help improve muscle strength, bone health, joint flexibility, posture, and stability. It includes functional movements, agility activities, resistance training, and stretches. The Osteofit program is suitable for those with arthritis, osteoporosis, and those at risk of falls and fractures.
